PATHETIC ISP SERVICE (TELKOM)

On 18th of September i gave notice at Telkom Woodlands that i will be cancelling my data contract with them. On the same day i got a reference number that my case number was resolved and that my internet will cancelled on the 31st of October 2019. Since 20th of October i have being experiencing bad signal quality and a terrible internet download speed. My download speeds do not exceed more that 1mbs and online experience is non existing. I did however contact Telkom on their 081180 number but they could not resolve my issue, and at end of October i have to pay for this ******* service.
