Pathetic ISP - Don't do it!

On my previous review I mention that I logged a ticket with the Technical people - Well two days later it was closed not sure why as I still don't have internet. I logged today to cancel my whole current open contract but still have to pay for this month BUT NOOOOO INTERNET. Then after deduction for not internet was paid for I need to phone this people again to give the money back with proof of cancellation. WOW this is pathetic and a waste of time. They are quick to take money but not give the correct service of internet that is being paid for..
