PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT - cancellation pending since Otober 2016

Absolutely worst product ever purchased, not to mention the after sales care. What a sales pitch, not knowing I’m walking into a contractual hell. To date no contract has been received let alone an account number as reference. Hence my cancellation attempts since OCTOBER 17, 2016! 21day turnaround time is long gone since the first EMAIL submitted!!!! I honestly feel like I have sold my soul away to a package I cannot afford, the only thing I know is the product (cellphone) received (of which a “customer care” agent could not identify, whilst angling over her Bluetooth operated music player via her cellphone.)

Furthermore to my cancellation / complaint, the phone was firstly delivered to DBN in error, only received it the 12.10.2016, cancellation was queried prior to the 17th, when submitted via EMAIL the first time. I was advised someone would contact me within 21 working days, to date no such call received. Hence the 2nd cancellation request placed.

I was advised via the sales call, that I would not be spending more than R199 as quoted, which I queried and asked to have confirmed the whole duration of the sales pitch, just to find out I have racked up a bill of R 456.51!!!???
