PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
<p>I have requested my adsl line to be relocated to our new home (which is not even 5km apart) in middle May. We are now in July already and nothing has happened. Maybe a few people died at Telkom hence why nothing is happening. After begging, screaming, asking etc this matter has bee esculated twice and have been allocated to new team leaders twice aswell (which also proved pointless). They PROMISED to give us a call yesterday as theh need to find out what is causing the delay which is a shock that they themself dont know whats going on... i am beyond sick of Telkom. Their name leaves a bad taste in your mouth as their service is the perfect example of where service delivery is going...for a bowl of ****! They still had the ****** nerve to debit my account for line rental howe er THERE IS NO ****ING LINE!! I would have loved to give a good rating but my god you guys make it so difficult to do so... i am extreamly disappointed in the service im getting.</p>
So my statement was sent a week ago. Up until now there is still nothing that has happened. IM SO SICK OF TELKOM. A RETARDED CHILD CAN MAKE SENSE OUT OF LIFE THEN TELKOM!! A technician finally came out but the line has been deactivated. We called about 5 times. The technician called about 3 times asking to reactivate the line. According to the technician its a simple press of a button...but the bunch of incompotent idiots that you guys are cant even do that. Im am beyond sick of telkom. You guys are a ****ing joke!!!!i dont understand how my mails will make a difference because you guys feel a **** about your customers...bunch of moneh hungry assholes.
