pathetic is all i can say

paid for new adsl line on 6th december 2017, promised to install on 19th, took leave that day, no one came, phoned nex day, same story next week, next week came, nothing, then phoned then they say closed till 9th january, in mean time the telephone line outaide was damadged and reprted on the 28th december, untill now no one has fixed this problem and every time i phone they either lie and say it is fixed the internet line will be installed, then nothing, then i phone again, then nothong again and so on for two months already,,,, i stopped the technician in town he doesnt even know about our fault line... so WHO IS DOING THEIR JOB OR NOT DOING THEIR JOB, I DONT THINK ANYONE IS, I AM GOING TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH
