Pathetic is a compliment! Absolutely useless! :(

Account *** - I am getting absolutely nowhere with your accounts department. Miraculously received a statement via email FULL of mistakes! Going back a few months - you failed to send me statements, no debit order taken off, I had no idea what was due nor what reference to use for payment. I eventually went to N1 City branch while on a business trip and the kind lady informed me that YOU had made a mistake by overcharging me and printed out a statement which I paid IMMEDIATELY. Service was suspended so when I got back to Oudtshoorn I went to the branch for them to sort out the OVERCHARGE - I did NOT ask for any service to be reconnected - I said that I wanted it CANCELLED! Now the statement received not only shows the ongoing overcharge, but has charged me a reconnection fee (not requested), an additional SIX months of overcharge (I never signed for a 12 month contract but for the R209 package), plus invoiced until 8 August whereas the phone has been cut completely. Do you not know what you are doing? Plus then your website is so non-friendly that I have to come here to query!?!?!?!?
