PATHETIC INTERNET SERVICE TELKOM!

Telkom is continuing to harass us telephonically about Fibre without fixing our Internet line. We have raised numerous tickets with Telkom (for months) but they continue to ignore the issue. Furthermore, Telkom is continuing to disconnect our Internet services which we pay for as we are not interested in Fibre at this moment. We have been loyal Telkom customers but if this issue is not resolved successfully, I will report them to my lawyers for charging us for services that we do not receive. Pathetic service from Telkom. I would recommend that all customers change to another service provider. Stay away from Telkom. Useless company. Kindly resolve urgently.
