PATHETIC INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Telkom is the most pathetic internet service provider. They incorrectly changed my unlimited home internet package to a cheaper limited package without my consent. They have not been able to sort out the issue for two weeks while I have no internet. Absolutely ridiculous. Call center is cold and unresponsive. Moved me from department to department. I cant believe that they treat customers this way especially one that pays on time without fail.
