Pathetic internet service

Last month my internet service was down for 2 weeks. After back and forth it was eventually restored. From last night it has been off again. Whsts thd purpose of paying for a service that's more off than on? I see that people nationally are having the same problem. Surely Telkom needs to up their game and sort this out once and for all.
