"Pathetic Internet Connection "

For the past 3 days (21 Jan 18 - 24 Jan 18) telkom has been providing an unstable internet connection, without any reason or warning. This has been a huge hindrance for me because I have to complete my studies and work for the week, but because of reasons not known to me, my pc is constantly being disconnect from the internet. I have checked my own wifi receivers on my computers in my home, and every technological equipment I have to see if the fault is my own, and I have discovered that it is not my equipment, but the poor service telkom has been providing me with. I have an uncapped line with a 5mb speeds and higher. Can someone please check why my line is being so volatile with its internet connection and please fix the problem!.
