Pathetic, inefficient and downright ********

<p>I signed up for a "month-to-month" deal through Telkom. They told me it would be a 1 month notice period cancellation. Despite signing and confirming on the contract that it was a monthly deal, and in fact they did NOT give me a modem, they still went ahead and made it a 2 year contract wihtout my knowledge.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i came in to cancel the deal, they "realised" their mistake (it was written clearly on the contract) they assured me the deal would be cancelled after 1 month. Its 2 months later, they are STILL billing me and they still have not cancelled it. I have spoken to an agent almost every day since it shoudl have been cancelled and been ASSURED that my cancellation has been dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has not. I have received no feedback. No cancellation. The only efficient thing about them is whent hey take your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company is rotten to the core.</p>
