Pathetic, *********** technicians and managers

I'm without internet and email for months. They give me a temporary password that doesn't work. When I complain, they give me the same password over and over again. Yet it does not work. I am unable to access my email, bank statements and make any purchases because they need my bank statements. Also very valuable contacts have been lost. Telkom has a bunch of selfish, uncaring, *********** staff. It's no wonder they are in trouble.
