Pathetic, *********** service by TELKOM

We have been Telkom customers since Post and Telecommunications became Telkom eons ago! Service was never exceptional, but we could bare the ups and downs. For the past five (plus or minus) years, we've been on a Telkom LTE contract. Six months ago we cancelled the contract as we have decided to install Fibre. We cancelled online successfully, but still the debit orders came through. We sent emails with proof of the cancellation, I went to the Telkom shop in Shelly Beach, but still the debit orders came through. now we are being threatened by debt collectors?? Although they do not have signed debit orders for those amounts they are claiming, they just take the money. I would like to enter a few rude words, but I'll leave it at that!!!
