Pathetic idiots who work for telkom

Disgusted with telkom as usual. My number was upgraded to a contract I never asked for and it took over a month for them to sort that out. Now I see I have been getting billed for that upgrade and I have not been refunded and now I also have a new bill added to my account. This better be sorted out today!!
