Pathetic frustrating service from Telkom/Openserve

Telkom has the worse service ever...I app**** for uncapped wifi, the technician came after 2 weeks to install but wifi could not work they said openserve cable technician will come following day its now 3 weeks no one has come. Everytime i call their call centre they give new ref numbers on a daily basis...i am so disgusted as my kids need wifi uncapped for virtual learming
