PATHETIC FIBRE INTERNET LINE BY TELKOM, NO SUPPORT AND NO WAY OF GETTING THROUGH TO THEIR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT.

Do yourselves a huge favour, never, and I mean never get a Telkom fibre line, they are the worst by far. Not able to use my e-mails for more than 2 weeks now. TRY AND CONTACT THEM TO COMMUNICATE YOUR ISSUE, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Their technical assist no 10210 means nothing at all. They keep on putting you through to Mobile service, which obviously is of no help.
