Pathetic feedback on reported fault

<p>Since fault number 224CTK091216 was reported on 9 December 2016, we have not been kept adequatly informed of progress in this regard and a large portion of our community is affected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkoms lines are the only form of communication for some old people and businesses in the area.</p> <p> </p> <p>Realy Telkom this is pathetic and I supposed we will still be billed for this period despite having NO service what so ever!!!!</p>
