Pathetic experience

My experience with Telkom was pathetic, I app**** for a tablet on 17/02/2022 was informed to come back the 20/03/2022 because they had an internal issue regarding the promo code even though I never purchased it under a promotion there was no visible advertising regarding a promotion yet they claimed they were running one. I received a call from the branch manager the 18th informing me that the issue was still not resolved
