Pathetic Excuse of a Company

I have never ever dealt with such an horrific company in all my life. I should have never done business with this load of trash!!! I signed up for a month to month contract with one of their consultants over the phone and the gentleman that I spoke to said that I can cancel the data deal anytime. I went last month on the 5th of October to cancel this deal at the Telkom store in East Rand Mall and the consultant told me that I will only have to pay R400 and the account will be deactivated. Telkom is now charging me over R11000 because I “downgraded” I did not downgrade my contract I cancelled it!!! I wish time could fly by so that I can pay off my phone contract with this pathetic excuse of a company and I will never ever do business with them again

I went to the store at East Rand Mall as advised and was told by the manager that they could not help me because it was a call centre issue and not their problem and I must call in. I lost my **** and threw her little piece of paper at her and she retaliated by throwing her pen at me and raised her hands at me and swore me blind. I am disgusted by the service I have received from this company and I will advise anyone who I come into contact with to stay clear of Telkom.
