Pathetic Ethics
Cancelled one of my services in January, and im still being billed for it!! upon calling your so called call centre, all they tell me is that the cancellation dept. dont accept calls but if i havent heard from them it should be canceled. what on earth?? how do you run a dept like this?? i want this service cancelled is that so difficult??????????? stop *****ing my money!!!!!!!
