Pathetic disrespectful service from Telkom, your days are numbered

It seems to be impossible to cancel a fibre contract at Telkom. You are sent from pillar to post, nothing is done, no commitments are fulfilled, deadlines are missed. As a whole Telkom treats its customers so disrespectfully. I am so glad I finally decided to ditch Telkom, if only I can now get my contract cancelled. I see there are so many 1-star reviews of Telkom, clearly they are not a company who responds. For anybody even slightly considering signing a contract with Telkom - PLEASE DON'!.
