Pathetic, disgusting service from TELKOM

Pathetic service from this network. I have had a contract with them for a very long time but nobody seems to help. The store consultants, customer care NOBODY! I have insurance with Telkom and it has been the most horrific claim process I have ever dealt with. Nobody is interested and bothered in assisting me and I keep being sent from pillar to post! Please help me get my claim sorted! I use this phone for business purposes and nobody seems to want to help me. They r prolonging the process with no outcome! Please help me get this claim sorted!
