Pathetic disgraceful Service from TELKOM.

I have been having problems with my Land line and ADSL for over 3 years. Its now gotten so bad its ridiculous. My line is now dead again. I pay for a service and the pathetic service I am getting from TELKOM is beyond words. It shows there is obviously sheltered employment. I pay for a 10 meg line and only get 1 meg speed. My telephone line is so bad you cant hear anyone. I have asked for the cable to be replaced but it falls on deaf ears.
