Pathetic

Worst service ever, my mother a pensioner an old lady with medical problems in testing times her phone is not working 3week going on the 4th. Our Fiber has been so so slow we have to buy airtime to call my mother to see how see is doing because we can't call her on whatsapp because of you poor pathetic service. And to add to the telkom problem you are creating for me and my family her fiber is also telkom so she is also struggling with connection issues we now have to buy addional airtime and addition data to keep in touch during challenging time! And AGAIN AGAIN she need to pay het phone line that she has no use for? She must pay for pathetic service of her fiber and pay for NO service for her phone line and I must pay for pathetic service from you and I must pay additional airtime for both households!!! It's literally the worst service provider I have ever dealt with!!
