Pathetic customer service.Telkom you stink

If it were possible I'd rate you minus 100 you guys are the worst at customer service. I had an LTE SIM after cancelling it you billed me R6.18 short nobody notified me about this over a year when I tried to take a lte I was declined because of your mistake then nobody even had the decency to inform me if I do or don't qualify you know what we have a shop here at verulam they said their offline 3 weeks ago nobody gets back to me so you all are completely useless this is why other networks are overtaking you, your people skills and customers services stink you are ****s and nothing but useless I can't find anything that describes you - wait you define failure so good luck with your rotton attitude even your call centre guys are not right in the head one told me im in the cue im in the cue for an lte sim over 3 weeks....
