pathetic customer services
<p>i been waiting for almost 2 months for telkom to set up a line.</p> <p>the most useless company in the country .</p> <p>when im dead then maybe telkom will assist . hold on for hours on a call for them . then the call still gets cut . when you call back then you must hold on forever again.</p> <p>finally get through and no one can help me. traferring me from one person to another.</p> <p>this is totally unacceptable and pathetic customer services.</p> <p>almost as useless as our government .</p>

My buddy , Telkom has no customer services.
I thought i would give you guys a chance . but still no hope .
my id number is ********** 048081.
the technician was suppose to come out on friday. (1/07/2016)
and no one has gotten back to me . my issue still stands and no one has come to resolve this issue.
i been patient long enough and really ****ed at this moment .
is it so much just get a new line installed from you guys .!
now telkom gives me a new date for the 7th , which is unacceptable .
