Pathetic customer service..Phoenix Plaza Telkom

Please be careful when u take contracts with Telkom..Very shady ...I took a month to month Sim contract in November 2025 for data only.at the Phoenix Plaza Telkom store..I went into the store in February to cancel the month on month contract as I no longer needed it..One of the staff working there, used my id and advised that he has canceled the contract and I will receive a confirmation sms..I received no sms but account was debited again..I went onto my banking app and reversed the payment ..To my horror, my account was debited for R 1100 for a R 299 contract and a R 200 fee.on 16 May.As I was unable to go into the phoenix plaza branch.i went to the one in Ballito mall where I received no help at all..I was.advised that NO cancelation was done on the system and I shud contact the call centre which is a waste of time.. My bank account is being affected and I am not going to leave this matter...I will take this matter forward if My account is not canceled and will make sure people know how telkom does business..Social media is a powerful tool and I will use it to open the eyes of potential clients of Telkom..I want to be contacted on *** by a senior Telkom staff who can assist and not some trainee... I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED ASAP..
