Pathetic customer service!! Worst company in SA

Logged a fault over 2 weeks for no service on my home telephone! Nothing has been done as yet! Made multiple phone calls to their *********** agents who either had no idea what was going on, have given me false information and escalation reference numbers and I just get told they still waiting on an agent in the area to accept the fault to come and fix it!
