Pathetic customer service!!! Up to bull**** and clearly not doing their jobs!!!

A sales agent that goes by the name of Spa or something had contacted me regarding a laptop I was interested in the month of December he pitched the sale and telkom debited my account within 24-48hrs of R499 which I was aware of as a a first debit to check if it was an active account. A week passed so I called in to follow up on my order and they said the agent will contact me back. He contacted me only to say it was error on his side he pitched a November deal in December and there's only one of two options to handle this and that is to 1 take the same Deal at a higher purchase price as it's the correct one or option 2 cancel and get my refund. So firstly it's my right to get the deal at the price he pitched because it was their fault and they only told me of their fault after debiting my account so anyway I asked for my refund and from the 8 December 2020 till now the 9 January 2021 Telkom has been making me go back and forth telling me they can see a note of cancelation on my Case number ***4 to cancel but we don't have feedback for you unfortunately so what bull**** are they going on about??? It takes you 24 to 48 hrs to debit my account but 2 to 3 weeks and counting still not refunded. Keep on saying its escalated to whom exactly??? Are they going to refund me when the world is cured of Corona??? And I had taken up another wifi deal. All the appliances were switched off during the new year storm the next day I switch it onn and it's not working. I logged a fault and to date a week later no technician had come out and we have to freaken pay our bill to you at the end of the month for no service and I explained throughout this week of calling the customer service department that we are working from home due ti the pandemic and this is a major issue because now we must buy data and at the end of the month still pay you! What the flip is going onn. She gave me a bull**** story because it was a new year weekend, ***** that the new year weekend was a week ago what's that got to do with now it was a Teniel chetty and a Samantha something and Spamandla and a few other agents! I want my damn hell refund for y'alls mess up on the December sales order and a damn hell technician out to sort the wifi y'all are ****ing us off! Especially because we are paying for our services!
