Pathetic customer service Telkom Sandton city

A week ago my wife app**** for a contract of the iphone 8 to date she still have not received her phone after 3 visits to the store due to incompetence of the manager and staff after calling my wife in to the store 3 times indicating that her ohone is ready only to realised its not the correct colour ordered and that they couldn't verify her adress yet the proof of residence was submitted in the initial application they went on to say that head office has been trying to get a hold of my wife yet no calls are registered on my wife's log furthermore there is no sort of management or ordered in the store the turn around time is at least an hour!!!
