pathetic customer service -Telkom mobile East rand mall

I wish there was a below zero star.

worst service from Telkom mobile East rand mall. i called to find out if they have dual sim devices as im due for my upgrade. the lady who answered the call made me feel like taking my call was such an inconvince to her life. i was told no they dont have stock when i asked if she could find out if or when they would be getting stock she told me no she doesnt know. when i brought up her attitude she continued to speak over me.

when i requested that i speak to a manager she just kept quiet and ignored me for about 5mins.

i don't understand how this is regarded as customer service. she didnt even bother to take my detail and maybe find out about the stock and get back to me just a straight out no and than leave me hanging on and ignore me.

this is absolutly pathetic
