Pathetic customer service or should I say no service

Telkom service is absolutely pathetic. The staff are *********** and after 12 calls to the call center which specializes in prompts rather than actual human interaction still no resolve.... I want a MANAGER to call me ASAP. If no response to this then I want all 4 of my contracts canceled with immediate effect and I don't expect to be billed for services I never enjoyed. My details ***. Miss Pillay. Please do not bull**** me around... I'm done with Telkom and this drama.... I would not advise anyone to take up any contract with you. Very disgusted and extremely disappointed in the manner in which my query has been dealt with. No one bothered to call even after all the effort I've tried to make to resolved this issue.... FIX YOUR BUSINESS
