Pathetic customer service - no answer

<p>I waiting on the phone for over 20 min on the Telkom line and had absolutely no answer other than the voice recording.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then selected to chat to an agent online and after 30 min I still had no agent available to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic customer service.</p>
