Pathetic customer service from telkom

Absolutely pathetic service from a telkom customer agent. I had requested a callback for assistance in regards to my faulty network. This *********** consultant called me and refused to assist and log a case so my fault could be attended to, she rather had an attitude and told me to cancel my services instead. I did not get her name, I did then contact telkom on Facebook messenger and complain and asked for this agent to be traced and dealt with, but seems like they not interested, my fault hasn't been sorted neither did the consultant be dealt with.
