Pathetic Customer Service from Telkom
I have been battling with my LTE device now for the last 3months and counting. Then when someone eventually goes well lets log a call I thought okay maybe this can get sorted now. However I have not heard anything back from them. I logged the call on the 22nd of February 2016 and yip still waiting. Telkom can be sure that this service will be cancelled asap
