Pathetic Customer Service from Telkom

I wished to cancel my contract with Telkom and was told I requested to continue with my contract telephonically which I know I never did. I was told to send an email an up until today I have received no feedback. I receive a reference number which is *** and is told that I will be contacted withing 24/48 hours. I sent numerous email but I receive the same automated response from Telkom.

I have things about Telkom which I didn't not believe up until now. What is so hard in getting a copy if the call or acknowledging whether or not I am in contract.

I have even sent email threatening to log a complajn and still no feedback. I do not know what to do anymore as I am not being assisted.
