Pathetic customer service!

Frustrated customer! I have tried numerous times to cancel my cell phone contract which would have ended in March this year. I visited stores in Cornubia and Gateway only to be told that I am only able to cancel online. I have tried that and I still get billed every month. I left messages with all the sales agents that try to sell me a new contract with still no assistance. How is it that we allowed to walk into a store to upgrade or take a new contract but we not allowed to cancel. What a ****!
