Pathetic customer service

Telkom customer service is beyond pathetic.

I have been trying to do an upgrade the past 7 days, working days to be exact.

The call centres tell you to rather go to the some like Covid-19 is not at currently happening and as if he can guarantee my health!

If this is how you treat customers in Covid i do not want to know what level of service you can degrade to next.
