Pathetic customer service

I've app**** for a contract with telkom after my previous one had expired (paid up). At that time they didn't have a stock of the phone I wanted and I was told it only takes 3 days to get a phone from other branches (IBT). A week past and wen a phoned them, they told me they don't have a stock I should opt for another one or maybe go to another SERVICE PROVIDER.i fought with them then eventually a sales person by the name of Bandile managed to get a phone from Another branch it took him a day..after waiting for a week.

After getting my phone after a long Wait and fight,I told them I wanna keep my previous number for business purposes and I was told that it takes 72 hours for that number to be switched from prepaid Into my current contract.. this was on the 20th of April' 2021. Till now nothing has been done,I call them everyday no ones seems to know what m talking about including the manager who is so useless and her stinking attitude..I would never recommend anyone to go that branch anymore rather go to Telkom direct than Express
