Pathetic customer service

I recently took out a laptop deal with telkom, but i received a faulty laptop, now i am paying for something i cant use, and telkom is doing nothing to get the laptop replaced, they now putting the ball in my court and basically said i must orginise a loan laptop, how blerri pathetic is this,i have been a customer for how many years, but this is the worst experienced i have encountered with telkom
