Pathetic Customer Service and Sales

Worst experience with getting a new fibre line. I have been with Telkom for over 2 years now, but when attempting to make contact in order to apply for a fibre line i am highly dissapointed. When calling in the consultants hang up, when requesting e-mail they don't respond, when lodging a call back there is absolutely nothing.

I have now been attempting to apply for a fibre line with them for the past 2 weeks even thouh i made numerous attemps online, in-store and via phone, nothing has happend. They truly provide a long standing customer with an absolutely pathetic customer service and definetly not eager to help in any way whatsoever.
