Pathetic Customer Service and idots

<p>I have a ADSL wich came with the intergrated sim that has not been working for a month now, the agents gave me a case number on the 3rd of April for a technical support to call me back, today I am told that the sim card is invalid and not assisgned and belongs to someone else, 3 weeks later i am told that the information given to me was incorrect, ever since i took this contract i have been getting poor service, it's either the agents are rude or they don't know what the hell they're doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so sick of your pathetic service, even Noleen has not followed up since my last review, to think I thought Telkom was the best in the business, I am so annoyed.</p>
