Pathetic customer service agents and lies

Absolutely pathetic customer service by agents who lie.an order was placed online for a wifi router and since I've been contacting telkom regarding when it would be set up and everytime I call I get told there is a system error or they just hang up. Another agent told me that it takes 14 working days another agent said I cannot get the services yet my neighbor has it what nonsence is that? How does my neighbor have it and I cannot? So we asked why we cannot get the wifi and we where are told we are in a high cable theft area . How the hell is my neighbor not in a high risk area? Please contact me on ***.
