Pathetic customer service again from Telkom and Zoliswa Bosman
Extremely pathetic service by Zoliswa Bosman. She is refusing to answer emails regarding being over charged on our Telkom account! Zoliswa, please do your job correctly and i trust this review finds those above you.

12 Mar 2021, 08:55And ofcourse Zoliswa responded this morning after seeing the post, typical service from Telkom. Her email reply was extremely unhelpful and did not answer any of my questions. You can see as she was caught out, she no longer wants to assist
