PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & A WASTE OF TIME

From the year 2015, I have been receiving constant credit offers from TELKOM. I have always app**** with them as I have heard that they provide excellent service to their customers, but to my utter dismay & Dissatisfaction, TELKOM has never failed to disappoint me. Their agents will call me, capture ALL of my details & make it sound so genuine when they say that I have been approved for the product, only for me to receive an SMS later on stating that my order has been declined due to credit vetting. If TELKOM does not wish to give me contracts on credit, WHY do they continuously send me offers, which I apply for, only to have their agents contact me to waste my time in capturing my details and then later on being told that I do not qualify due to credit vetting? Why did they not remove my details from their system after the first time I was declined? Surely if they do not wish to give me credit, they should remove my details? I am very irate with TELKOM right now. NEVER again will I apply for anything from them due to their pathetic customer service. I seriously wish that they would stop sending me al these promotional offers which they know that they are not going to give to me.
