Pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service!! Impossible to reach the billing department. Every number that I dial takes me to the prepaid line. In store provides no help either, simply logs calls and no response is ever received. PATHETIC! Can it be so difficult to just have my banking details changed????
