Pathetic customer service

I visited telkom mobile to upgrade my contract, i stood and waited a while for assistance, even though there was staff free and seen i needed assistance.<br> anyway, when someone finally helped me, i was given a form to fill out and the gentleman said he needed to attend other issues and would be back to proceed with my upgrade.<br> some time passed and still no sign of the gentleman that promised to return to help me, the female staff was still \busy with paperwork"and had no interest what so ever in helping me. when the gentleman eventually returned"
