Pathetic customer service

if 0 was possible, the call centre is useless, i spoke to a guy called sizwe. i needed information on my account and he kept reverting to the old info. when i lost my temper and asked for his manager, he started laughing at me and refused to put me to his suppervisor or manager. he eventualy hung up in my ear. i will stop all my contracts with them. there service is poor horrible and pathetic.
