Pathetic Customer Service

I choose a fiber of R615 a month, Telkom decided to deduct any amount they like to deduct without my concerned. When I tried to reach their customer service, I experienced how rude they are and when you email them, they never return my emails. They keep on going into my bank account every month taking any amount they like. Last deduction was over R1600 on the 28/02/2025, but my fiber was disconnected longtime ago.
