Pathetic Customer Service

I'm very digusted with Telkom service, we have been having issues with our internet for around 2 months, I log a fault everywhere but nothing seems to be resolved!!!!

There's clearly an issue with our line but Telkom cannot fix it.

Customer service should be your priority but it's pathetic.

This issue needs to be resolved!!!
